Refund policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received a product different from what you ordered
- The product does not match the description or images on our website
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used, assembled, or modified; products without original packaging and tags; customized or made-to-order products.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Conditions for Returns
Products must be in original condition with all tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. Orders cannot be cancelled if they have already been processed for shipping. Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
